3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintaining and updating your account information
- Maintaining the security of your account password
- Accepting all risks of unauthorized access to your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Service Booking
All cleaning services must be booked through our website, phone, or in-person consultation. Booking confirmation will be provided via email or SMS, including service details, scheduled date and time, and total cost.
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges
- Same-day cancellations: Subject to 50% service fee
- No-show policy: Failure to provide access or cancellation without notice may result in full service charge
- Rescheduling: Free rescheduling available with 24-hour notice
4.3 Weather and Emergency Cancellations
In cases of severe weather or emergencies that prevent safe travel, we will work with customers to reschedule services at no additional charge. We will make every effort to contact customers in advance of scheduled appointments.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (exact change preferred)
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Bank transfers for commercial accounts
- Digital payment platforms (PayPal, GCash, etc.)
5.2 Billing and Invoicing
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- Commercial accounts may be invoiced with Net 30 payment terms
- Recurring service customers receive monthly statements
- Late payments may incur service charges and suspension of services
5.3 Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge. Refunds are available for services that were not performed as agreed, subject to management approval.

To ensure the best possible service, customers agree to:

- Secure valuables: Remove or secure valuable items, jewelry, and personal documents
- Clear work areas: Remove items that may obstruct cleaning or could be damaged

- Pet safety: Secure pets during cleaning service or provide advance notice of pet presence
- Working utilities: Ensure electricity, running water, and proper lighting are available
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in incomplete service or additional charges for time spent moving items or dealing with access issues.
7. Insurance and Liability
7.1 Our Insurance Coverage
ShinePath Cleaning Agency maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:
- General liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence)
- Property damage coverage
- Workers' compensation for all employees
- Bonding for employee reliability
7.2 Damage and Loss Policy
- We are liable for damage caused directly by our negligence or improper cleaning methods
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
- We reserve the right to inspect damage before processing claims
- Our liability is limited to the actual cost of damage, not replacement value
- Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear is not covered
7.3 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ShinePath Cleaning Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ShinePath Cleaning Agency and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
